I won my first race totally unexpected but i need some advise from you guys. What should i do next ( i followed the tutorial with the 9 shops and so on)

who should i fire and who should i keep:

Hi Knuze and welcome here !
For now, just keep evrey riders, and see if they could earn points and money in your division.

2 guys are quite good:
Grossman (flat races, sprint)
Jopp Sylvestre (hill)

Try to promote rider with the international recreuiter (2 or 3 times, because the international recruiter costs 20 000€ a day !).
You can also try to buy a good rider in the transfers, in order to win points and prices ! (to enable you to have a good recruiter, or a good trainer later).

So there are many ways to succeed here !
