Fairness of Divisions

I'm not sure if this is possible, but the current divisons often are widely unfair. Take the divison I'm in for example, 5n. The first place team has 7000+ points while second place has around 2000. Obviously all of us are getting destroyed while one leader is winning everything... his riders are 1,2,3,4,5,7,9 in the standings. It seems to me that he should be in a different division, and not beating up on the rest of us.

I have the same experience in almost all the divisons I have been in. Is there any way this can be improved so the divisons are more closely contested?

The first to 7000 points is playing only his second season! How can the game know he will be far better than you?

You should buy good riders : look at his 2nd and 3rd riders, bought 200k and 12k last season and this season, with these riders he wins everything ! So you can probably do much better than you do now
