Didn't get my race bonus

The last few days I did the Tour de Croatie in division 4c.
One of my riders finished 18th in the GC, which gives a bonus of 7650€.
Another rider finished 5th in the GC U22, which gives a bonus of 4050€.
So I should have gotten 11700€ in total on my account, but I only got the 7650€.
Can you correct this, please?
