Maillots and calendar

I im trying to put an image with the maillot of my team, but when i put the link give error.
I think could be a problem of size and type of document. Could you tell me what size requires the image to be valid.

another doubt: i can´t find the post with the calendar for the next season. I know that exist because i saw it days ago, but i cant find it anymore hahahah

The HELP says (thanks for pointing it out, Gaspard)"The fitness course gives +3 in form every day ( plus resistance and stamina ).

Fitness----------form+3-----sta-----res
Stamina----------sta-----res-----fla "

However - my in-game selections available for the mid-calendar training course for older riders are:

"None"
"Form"
"Fitness"

Since the "Help" says "Fitness" is form/sta/res, and "Stamina" is sta/res/fla
and the ingame options are "Form" and "Fitness", I'm not sure which of the in-game options ("Form" or "Fitness") teaches form? I'm guessing, based on the order they appear in both places, that the in-game "Form" teaches the Help "Fitness" skills, and the in-game "Fitness" teaches the Help "Stamina" skills. Am I right?


As far as the image goes: I haven't figured out how to upload an image to my team page in-game, either!

Yes, i was looking the teams of our division and at first sight you will be the max. favourite. My team is much modest than yours. I think that i don´t go to do a good season (maybe top10) because all my riders have the rest limit in 50 to get the maximum training, so they will ride with bad health always.
