NT search by age

I would like there to be an option to search for specific age groups, when I as NT selector have to search amongst the riders. That way for instance I can look at the 18 yo's with potential, if I want to. As it is now, it's hard to get to see the 18- and 19-yo's, because the search function only will allow up to 30 riders showing (which also is a bit odd to me).

This shouldn't be so hard to implement....It is after all just another search criteria that needs to be added.
