I have also noticed that in my division the first has a lot of points and the second has only in the 80 points. This is almost the end of the season and i feel it would be foolish to try to promote to D5. What do you guys think about this?

Is recruiting 18 old a good way to find good prospect for a starting team?

Is there any kind of mentoring programm for motivated users?

At the beginning your rider are not very good so there are many options: you try to promote good rider with the international recruiter.
Or you try to buy old riders, to win money in your division.

Your division is new, so yes you can wait 3-4 days to see how many people are really playing in your division, and after try to win prizes.
Sometimes, the 4th or 5th of the division are promoted too, because of bot in d5.

At the moment, don't buy any equipment, and no shops.

In your team, now, you don't have a future star, so just try to make somes points with them, and earn money. If they are too bad, you can fire them !

i actually bought 8 shops after reading posts dedicated to beginners. I just hope not to promote. I already registered for one race. Will try to finish after 6 in ranking.
