Started a new team

I have just started a team and i am very unsure about my riders potentials. I am pretty sure that i need to get rid of some riders, but i don't know which of the riders i should keep.

This is my feeling with respect to the riders in my team, but i am pretty unsure about it so i would like to know whether i am correct in my judgement.

Furthermore i have one more question. The beginner guide in this forum says that buying 9 shops at the beginning is a good starting strategy, however reading some topics of the new teams made me unsure about this. Is buying that many shops the most effective strategy to use at the start?

Buying 9 shops at the beginning is not the better starting strategy I think. You will do better to buy some good cyclist with yours 500 000€ for the moment. You will buy them later.

Your team is not really good but that normal, don't worry^^

Korabaw Zelkov: Keep him on your team and make him run all the races to win money! If it's don't work... pay him off!
Zankovets Zdravkov: Pay him off!! (don't try to send him, he's too bad...)
Kunitski Milov: keep him for the moment but pay him off if he doesn't scores!
Koval Ludomir: the same thing, keep him for the moment...
Mirnyi Lubov: pay him off!!
Vitka Milena: Keep him and make him run all the races! He can win on D6.
Zhelezniakov Božetech: pay him off (no stamina ...)
Novikaw Brouch: keep him for the moment.
Dziatsuk Veselov: pay him off.
Ostaptchouk Brouch not really good but keep him before paying him off whan you will have better cyclists.

For the moment, you can put all your stall on "local" (you will pay 40 000€ but lower wages...)
Try some cyclists on the market (between 100 000€ per cyclist).
