According to the rules I have to fire all the riders with a wage lower than 1000, but I think Bornen Eddy is a good player..
I also have 2 shops, I think that's enough and I'm training flat.
I have regional staff also. (maybe put an international recruiter?)

i think you can keep your staff in local, it's useless at your level
except the recruiter, with an international one you can promote young riders better than your current team.

your best riders are Gillet, Legear and Fèvre, maybe Gabrielli and Leysen are not so bad, for the others i suggest you make them run to score points and earn money, then fire them to be replaced by the young you will promote.

you can also try to look the transfert list, there are somme good riders for low prices, and try to improve your team.

you say you're training flat, you should make an individual training for your riders
