New jersey image not appearing

Several days ago I replaced my team's jersey (maillot) with a new one (made by thecrow). The new jersey image does appear on my team's presentation screenpage, and on my individual riders' overview screenpages, so I know that it did load. However, the new image still does not appear on any of the rankings screenpages (team or individual), nor on the race results pages. The old, replaced image is still there instead. Is there something else that needed to be done?
