My team is born 10-20 minutes ago and till now I don't know anything

I hope I will know soon very much.

p.s. from sunday i will promote the game, but who knows? maybe will be already 10 users till then, I see from 15.00 pm till now, in 3-4 h an other romanian team is born

Now you have to go on the "training" page. You have to choose a speciality for your coach (he is specialised in flat at the beginning). You have to change it only if you promoted a very good young rider who need a special training. To change the speciality I advice you to wait that you promote a very good young rider.

I read beginer guide in english and not yet the guide in freech from Kwak.
I don't buy anything till now, i need more study

1 => the speciality you choose for your coach will improve faster than the others / my advice : you should wait to have a good young rider (aged 18 or 19), then choose his training and put the same speciality for the coach

2 => use it only if you want all your riders to have the same training

3 => the same, it's only if you want all your riders to get the same rest limit

4 => "entrainement" has stayed in french, it should be written "training"
here you choose the individual training for each of your riders ; the rest limit depends of the role of the rider in your team
your older riders don't have to train, you can put their rest limit at about 90, and subscribe them to next races
for the youngers, put their training on their best capacity (as kwak told you) ; you have to choose their rest limit depending on what you want to do with them : if you want to make them race, put the rest limit at 80-85, if you want them only to train, put it at 50
