Re: Tactics for the race
I think althought i'm in 6b, if i put my leader Agres-Normal-Agres-Agres-Sprint, he is going to be to much tired in 4th sector, in spite of health and fitness that he have.

Indeed !
The more you are agressive, the more your rider is tired. During Tours you can see the recuperation indicator (it will be translated as soon as posible), which means how the riders are tired.
There is no perfect way concerning tactics. You have to try a lot to understand how to have the best results with your riders. In the tough races (ITT, mountain, cobble...) be more agressive than on the flat roads.

Re: Tactics for the race
braizz - I've only been here a month longer than you have, but here are a couple things that might help....
Attacks - seem to work better on shorter, flatter stages than long ones (think Stamina when trying this). Based on some light scouting of Div 1 and 2, I don't think it's successful at higher levels, but I've seen it work in 5b.
You can usually set your Leader to lower efforts early in most races - but don't allow his Teammates to ride easy, too. I've watched the peloton ride away at least once that way. I tend to go Easy-Normal-Aggressive-Aggressive-Sprint as standard for my Leader, but adjust it to suit the terrain. (however, based on this thread, I'm wondering if that's working him too hard...) I set his protecting Teammates higher at the start.
I also have been experimenting with designating different Teammates to be Aggressive on different sections. My good Flat Teammate might go hard on a flat section, then the Hilly Teammate Aggressive on the hill section, and so on. Can't say how it works just yet, but it kind of makes sense. (think Cancellara and Jens Voigt for example)
I definitely get the sense that terrain has a real impact with this racing engine.
As pointed out earlier, keep an eye on your rider's Form and Health. Form will respond to racing, and Health to your Training settings.

Re: Tactics for the race
what do you recommend for ITT and TTT
75-75-75(90)-90-90?
usual races should be at
60-60-70-80-90
tour stages
60-60-60-80-90
how far off am i?
P.S. tacki i wanted to ask you, if some teams can go up two or more divisions after a year.
I got the bad luck, that i have the strongest team in D6 overall in my division, he has +72 average riders and fell down several divisions because he stopped playing for a while.
having such super teams in lower divisions kills the joy for first timers, its almost impossible to get a win (just got my first yesterday), and very hard to make serious money, due to the first 5-6 places being reserved for this super team
