Hallò, 2 day ago I had selled my reader Lecoq, 23 years, with a minim offer of 249.000$. There was an offer but now The rider is still in the team and I can get this money, there is a bug?

if there was only one offer, I think it's not a bug.

maybe the team that had made the offer didn't have enough money to pay, or had reached the riders limit (15 maxi per team)

no way to check, as you don't know who made the offer

maybe an admin can check, but I don't think there's a bug here

Yes there was one offer, but the team just bought an other rider before, the same day. So the 15 limit was reached.
