New Tactic Feature

I have been searching the forum looking for translated bits of information I understand regarding the new tactics. It seems as though the new features allow for more diversity and strategy.

I was curious if there are any general hints or about the new detailed tactic feature for us?

Is there a certain amount of energy we should not be spending in a stage? like 50 50 50 50 50 would be baseline. I am not sure what to expect and would appreciate any guidance

In the quick tactic you have the old name of the tactics:
60%= save energy
75%= normal
90%= agresive

So of course if you are too agressive, at the end of the race your rider will be empty of energy, so he will loose a lot of time. (And more important in Tour).
50% is under 60% so it will be dangerous to use this tactic if you want to have a good result, but for Tour, you can rest better with this tactic if you don't aim the overall ranking with this rider !
