A warning i don`t understand

I have recieved this message in my inbox from Manager Team.

"You receive this warning for reporting abusive reaction member.
Reporting should be done in case of moved about, or a misspelling (sms, grammar errors etc ...)
Thank you for your understanding" ...Translated from french.

I haven`t done any reporting or anything else and i can`t answer them...is it a joke?
If it`s not a joke, can someone tell me what it is about, and how to contact them.
