Team Parzival

Bonjour,
I've been here for about 2 weeks now, so I'm pretty new to the game. I'm still figuring things out.
We're a Dutch team, so my main focus will be on Dutch riders, but my team will be complemented by riders with other nationalities.
The name Parzival is the Dutch name for one of the Knights of the Round Table: Perceval.
These are my riders. If any of you guys have some tips for me on what to train or who to sell/buy, I would love to hear them
