Staff questions

My current staff levels for a new team (1st week) are:

Coach: Regional
Team Director: Local
Mechanical: Local
Doctor: National
Recruiter: Regional

What level do other managers recommend?

My guess is my coach needs to be better.
Not too worried about race results at my newbie level, so left Director and Mechanical at minimums.
Boosted Doctor to aid recovery.
Raised Recruiter just one level - pretty sure that was a mistake - either too high or too low.

I'll recomande:
Coach: international runners for your growing faster
Director-Team: Local (should increase gradually as you go up the divisions so as not to waste money)
-Mechanical (such as teamm director)
-Doctor: his salary depends on your mass higher it is better
-Recruiter: be local and you do not promote is international and you promote

Changed to an International coach and a Local recruiter. I'll train my kids faster now, and I'll look to fill the squad from the transfer list.
