In the "Training" section of Help Manual it says:

....You will progress faster with a better trainer.
Training a rider in his trainer's speciality will give him a +0.02 bonus in trained speciality....

(A) Is the "+0.02 bonus" per trainer level? - so a Local trainer adds .02, Regional adds .04, National adds .06 and International .08?

(B) I'm not able to set any Training Courses for the next 3 days course that will start on the 2011-01-01. Is that locked until later in the season?

(A) the +0.02 bonus is only for the trainer's speciality, if you rider is training in that one ; I don't know exactly how much adds the trainer level, but it's faster with the international one, whatever characteristic you train

(B) the course is locked until we are at half season, so in few days (just after the end of seven stages tour)

(C) So racers age 18-22 receive +0.04 training in all skills in addition to the trainer skill? It doesn't matter what the trainer's level is for this training - it is always +0.04?

until he is 23, a rider gains +0.04 in each skill every day

When does a rider no longer recieve benefit from training? I have a few 23 year old riders on my team. When will they stop improving?

Riders will always receive training when they are not resting.

Until they reach age 23 they also train .04 in every skill every day. This happens in addition to regular training and regardless of whether they are resting/racing/training.

Basically what you are saying H2 is that my riders will still be improving at 28years old, albeit at a slower rate?

Yes because they will be better when they will have 23 years old, than a rider pulled at 19yo.
