(A) Do the four different types of equipment all give the same overall bonus (for example: all Level 1 equipment all give the rider a 1% boost on all sections of the race), or does different equipment affect different terrain maybe instead? Like - Frames boost one type of terrain/skill and Helmet another (for example: a Level 1 frame adds +1 for Flat and Cobble sections while a Level 1 Helmet adds +1 for Mountain and Downhill)?

(B) and, is a Level 2 piece of equipment twice as good as a level 1, and a Level 5 piece of equipment 5X better than a Level 1?

Thanks! Just trying to plan my equipment purchases to be efficient.

B : we don't know exactly. I think two level 1 are better than a level 2.
you must know that at the end of the season, each equipment decreases by 1.
