Training effiency?

Is it published anywhere how much a rider gains by training in the coach's main skill, depending on which area the rider skill currently is at? I can only see that a U23 rider gains 0,04 every day automatically.

I would really love to be able to calculate how long it would take for some of my training prospects to reach the goals I think of.

I know a riders trains more effective when having an international scout, but the beginners guide only states "a rider trains more efficient when at skill 50 than at skill 75" but which skill levels differentiate? I know I can follow my current effieciency, but I would love to know the future skill efficiencies...
