Riders in colours

Why in the 1st and 2nd cyclo cross races some riders appears in red, others in green and black??
Only happens in these races.

red=doesn't like climate and green=likes climate.

I don´t understand. The riders in red have snow bonus too. Why they dislike the weather if in the race will snow???

no it's malus u checked they have two weathers if they have one : a good one and a bad one,otherwise they have none
