What does a good climber or tour rider look like?

I am looking to buy one, but I am not sure what to look for

I don't sell him because he is one of the best tour rider of his age !

Thank you very much. I see he does not have a very high TT. Is that not something to focus on in Tours?

I noticed I lost a Tour because I lack strong Mountain skills

Yes he is not very good at ITT, but with a very good resistance it's a bit better.
It depends also of the Big Tour sometime there is more hill, or longest ITT so every Big Tour is different.
