It should be impossible to select U23 riders for main NT

There's no point in being U23 manager if the best 22 year old riders are selected by the main NT. It's pathetic to see the best 22yo's from Denmark being placed outside top100 in the main NT races, when they could compare themself to age appropriate riders.

I actually made an agreement with the main NT manager NOT to select 22yo's (but he could feel free to select younger riders, just wanted to be able to select the 22yo's for the best comparison, which is in everybodys interest), but it seems that he doesn't want to honour that agreement.

I find my interest in being U23 manager quickly decreasing, and the best option to me is that a main NT manager CAN'T select U23 riders if there's enough "adult" riders in that country.
