Can't select young riders for youth races

Since a week or two i guess i can't inscribe my youth for youth races anymore except for one rider. I haven't reached a limit or anything.
Has anyone else had this problem? and what do i do about it?

j'ai eu un petit problème par rapport au entraînement peut etre dût au dernier bug rencontrer?
