Who to buy on transfers

I have a bit of money saved up and I was looking to add a few riders to my team but I do not know what a good value/good purchase is. I do not want to overpay or buy a bad rider. I am not sure what to look for on the market. Can anyone help me find a good Div4 rider?

It depends what kind of rider you want, and how much money you want to spend, if you prefer young rider to train for the future, or older to win prices/points.

I advise you to search for a rider who have great endurance and resistance, both over 70. In div4, it's enough. And you still have to look the main feature you want. Over 80 will be good.
The price will depend of each rider, his age, his other features, etc...

Thanks. I have a 2 mil budget and I would like to get 2 or so older riders for points/prizes. Any other suggestions? I just want a rider that will make me good money. What type of rider gets the best result?

Stamina and resistance are important in a lot of races, so take care of these skills.
Then choose a rider with at least 85 in his speciality.
For example, now, there are some good riders in hilly stages (Marquez, Gil,Tissié) for 1M or less.

I think I bought the Marquez you are talking about... I got him for 290,000, and he won the world cup and overall for me this year in 5x. Very worthwhile buy. I method for finding a good rider is searching by stamina and then selecting a rider with high other traits... it is a bad idea to go off of mountain or hills, because you can get someone with a 90+ mountain rating with a 60 stamina and he will do awful.
