To select the best riders for CLM and TTT what rider characteristics should I look for? And what tactics are best for these races?

The main skill is "ITT" of course !
After, you have to check, compare the results of your riders, to see which are the others skills needed in ITT !
Same thing for tactics, but I can telle you that, of course, you can be more agressive than in long races !
