Riders Skills Decrease!!!

Hi! this morning i looked at my riders an their skills dropped down rapidly! for example a 24 yeahr old rider (holzer luka) dropped from ca. 79.888 to 79.000 
And that effect is at 90% of my riders!!!!! whats wrong? i thing thats a bug!?
i hope someone can help me, and sorry for that bad english
