Firstly training:

I have no idea how to work out if my riders are any good. And also what to train them in. Can any of you provide guidance as to if my riders are good and what skills I should be looking at training each of them in:

2. If you accomplish your goals what happens? Is there a financial prize?

3. After a rider has been transferred and I've submitted a bid on him am I, if I fail to win the auction, able to see what price the rider sold for?

4. It seems as though early attacks to form breakaways never succeed in races, is this true for all divisions in the game?

you can check the price of each rider sold when looking at the transfers page, then "yesterday's tranfers"

early attacks don't succeed much, just as in real races. it's better to make your attacks in part 3 or 4 to have a good chance to break away

I now have one more question. Why when I click fire a rider is he still on my roster. Am I doing something incorrectly?

I now have another question I've seen that races are calendered in for the same day as a course. If I have riders on a course, can I enter them into races too? Will they do both things or only one?
