I'm a new manager in this game.
Games looks nice but in my opinion their isn't much info to find about the game.
That's why I'll ask them here and hope you can help me.
First I'll present my riders:

Three at the bottom are riders from the starting team. Other our scouted (with int. scout).
Are they good or do I have to fire them?
That's the first question when are they talented when not?
What's the max. av and max per stat of a rider newly scouted?
At the moment only scouted dutch rider, because it's cheaper, is their a bigger chance to get a good rider if I'm scouting from another country?

I've got as stated before an int. scout.
Other staffmembers are regional at the moment.
Do I've to change some of those and why?

Is it good to send the riders on course, and what will they improve?
Send them all or just the talented ones?

I've not purchased any equipment. Is their a known bonus if i've got better equipment?
I assume it's not necesarry for me at the moment?

About the races.
Is it important to have teammates, and how much per race?
Do they have an known influence on the captain.
The races I've taken part of the orders weren't quit followed up. Rider to do easy left the peloton in front.
Is it important to fill those in?

That's the first question when are they talented when not? It depends of their skill repartition, to be a good climber you have to be good at climbing of course, but also resistance, downhill, stamina..
What's the max. av and max per stat of a rider newly scouted? The max per stat is 68 for a 18yo, the min 45 (with local scout)

I've got as stated before an int. scout.

Do I've to change some of those and why? Not yet, first try to find good 18yo riders, then when you will have 5-6 good riders, try to take international coach, and Doctor. But to permit it, buy one or 2 old riders to earn money!

Is it good to send the riders on course, and what will they improve? In race you only earn prices and points (top 30), but your rider will not improve their skills. If you do races, you will loose health, you you will train less often.
Send them all or just the talented ones?Just your good riders, keep you're 18yo at training

I've not purchased any equipment. Is their a known bonus if i've got better equipment? Their is a bonus for all the eqipment level, but it's not important in 6th or 5th division.

About the races.
Is it important to have teammates, and how much per race? It depends,2 or 3 could be fine. But more you have teammate, better it is for your leader !
Do they have an known influence on the captain. Your leader will keep more energy while his teammates are in the same group.

Is it important to fill those in? Yes tactics are very important, but it could be difficult to attack !

Yes I think he is too bad in Stamina and Resistance, it's a shame !

What is the reason if a rider can participate on a national championship?
Some riders of me can join, others not?

The 90 best riders of the country (highest wage) and the 90 best riders in the speciality of the national championship are selectionned if they have scored at least 1 UCI point.
If there are not 180 riders with 1 UCI point in this country, the riders with the best wage but no UCI points complete the list.

There are some small countries, so there are not a lot of rider (or not very good), do you can be selected easier !

Next question what is the best resting limit (Seuil de repos) to give a rider who rides almost every day whenn you still want to train him a little?

Is that one day 50 and other day 99 or is their a constant that you could use better??

Not at the beginning.

Use your money in transfers to buy some nice riders to have a good start.

At the moment I've got level two in all my equipment, because I didn't know it would decrease one level every season.

If I would like to sell one level (2 to 1) I've get the same money back as I invested.(25k buy, 25k sell)
Only to refund from level 1 to 0 is € 2500 lower (15k buy, 12,5k sell).
Is this for every level?
If so I can buy high ecquipment in the beginning of the season and sell everything at the same price on the end of the season with only a loss of 10k (4x € 2500)?

but for high level the sell price is really less than the buy price :

exemple :
level 9 buy : 250 000
level 9 sell : 150 000
