Hi, I'm quite new here and I have some questions.

I have a pretty "old" team. All of my riders are 24 or older and I've read that riders past 30 lose points every season. Is this true? And when and how should I obtain younger riders?

Also, I'm not sure about training tactics. Is it best to train the strengths of a rider? Or is it better to even his stats out? (train his strength, but also train his weaknesses)

24 isn't old, it means you still have 6 years before they start getting worse. Plenty of time I would say.
Training tactics, I advice you to carefully read the beginners guide, it's all in there. You need to train the vital weaknesses (resistance for example). There is no use in training agility if your rider isn't a cyclo-crosser.

24 isn't old, I agree. But 7 of my 12 riders are 30 or older, with the oldest at 37.
