Another newbie confused about rider stats...

I registered this weekend and probably should've asked for advice sooner, so I could've shaped my strategy accordingly, but never late than never, right? So if someone would please help me figure out which (if any) of my riders are decent and what to do with them, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

I'm not sure what to do with him. His resistance is weak, but on average he is the best guy I've pulled yet. Do I train his resistance, or train something else, or let him go/try to sell him?

If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Maybe you can train him in Hills, then train him in stamina and resistance.
