Rider subscribed twice? Or not at all?!?

I subscribed 5 riders to tonights race.
There are three problems:
-1- in the tactics screen I see one additional rider that I didn't subscribe to this race
-2- in the tactics screen one rider appears twice
-3- in the starting list there are only 4 riders

The race: 948
Division 6CC, team id 5214.

In the mean time the riders on the "subscribe" screen correspond to the riders on the starting list. But the following problems remain:

I wrestled through the french bugs forum and it seems I'm not the only one who noticed that the tactics screen is a bit of a mess.

OMG! All races have this problem.
The tactics pages are full of double entries and riders that don't participate.
What a mess! This sucks big time @#$%
